Hope and Loose Change!

Who better to work for the government than someone who believed the government is responsible for the deaths of 3,000 people?

Of course, Jones is furiously trying to backpedal on this one even though he signed the document calling for an investigation of the possibility that the Bush administration allowed the terrorist attacks of 9/11 to occur.

And unless Obama cuts this guy loose, we're paying Jones a six-figure salary to keep a job that is unaccountable to Congress and by extension, the American people. Good call, Barry.

The funny thing is that the major media was utterly silent on him. Now they have to report this story (or maybe they still won't?) that's been going on for weeks as if it just happened. I'm seeing this willful ignorance on the part of my local daily paper right now: ignoring a story of corruption at my state university right after ignoring proof of a governor's affair. It's kinda breathtaking, like a huge conspiracy among the major media. I know this has been obvious for years, but now we're finding the evidence everywhere these days and it's impossible to shrug off. How will the electorate at large ever cast an educated vote if our media remains the shameless, despicable (IMHO) mouth of the most destructive political force in America, who are hellbent on keeping us in the dark about their true motives?

Ugh, the Sunday news shows have gotten to me today. Thomas Friedman and Howard Dean make me want to puke.

Lisa, great points. But by using this thing we call the internet, only the Obama supporters will continue to drink the Kool Aid. Had this Czar machine been pushed by Bush, the media wheel would be spinning like a rats ball...

Educate others and they will hopefully see the light.
