Besides the blatantly brown-nosing in that article (really? is that even professional?) which, if you notice is most of it. He gets to the point eventually, to blame it on Pelosi. Nevermind that if the president really wanted bipartisanship he would have given this bill to the entire house and not allow Pelosi to run it. Don't forget he railroaded it through once it was done.
Astute political move? definitely, he can blame it all on Pelosi when the questions arise, which they have. This way the golden boy remains non complicit, you can't say our new president isn't crafty.
