CNN Suddenly Very Concerned About Alaska's Poor

CNN ran this story at the top of its page almost a week ago. In fact, the story is still dated February 9.

It's back up as the main story today.

Wonder why?

They don't want to demonize their new golden boy, so they are reaching for anything. It so happens they are reaching towards an antagonist of the Obama campaign. Imagine.

Alaska is cold in the winter, women and children hurt most!! Sarah Palin drinks the bone marrow of Eskimo's!!

Its amazing CNN took a break from fellating President Unicorn to write this tripe.

Also, note that the story never clearly states that over 90% of the Eskimos receive all their income directly from the federal government. Therefore, all that money they are spending to purchase food and fuel isn't money they earned - it's our tax dollars being recycled.

Instead of the federally subsidized life-grant for native peoples, perhaps we should tell them roughly the same thing HRH Prince Obambi told the GOP – we won. Close the reservations, end the special status and welcome to America – now, get a job.
