Kentucky Freezes, FEMA Fiddles
Remember the days after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans when the unresponsiveness of FEMA was evidence of Bush's incompetence or racism? The constant screaming of the media and the celebrity telethons?
I guess everything really is different now.

why not? the delay can be blamed by congress. I haven't heard Kanye West say much of anything about this. I guess he hates white people. go figure.
