It's -12 in Iowa this morning. Plus, we had blizzard conditions Saturday night into Sunday morning - thankfully it never really came full force. However, it is all Bush's fault - as soon as the Chosen One is installed it will be springtime forever.

I feel your pain. Blizzard here on Friday then somewhat blizzard-y on Sunday. With more coming on Wednesday.

My sister just got her power back last Thursday after the ice storm ravaged central-MA. She sent me pics of her yard and my god you can't believe it.

Welcome to New England in the winter!

It took me an hour and a half to clear the driveway and path leading to our house. And that was with a snowblower. Of course, part of that time was spent trying to replace a shear pin.

you'll be fine. I recommend "40 Below" socks from WIGWAM. Very toasty.

That's some serious frosty, which just about matches my subzero last couple of days, 2 feet of snow and counting (with another foot coming before Christmas) typical Wisconsin winter.

I am much more south than you (much, much more) and we had ice Sunday morning. Trees were very pretty -- yeah, for a minute. But it was all gone in a couple hours.

Hope you guys are okay and no, I am soooooo not jealous that you're having a white Christmas.

Have a fabulous holiday!

Kath
