The Potemkin Village President-Elect

Does mockery count as ODS? Because President-Elect Obama's attempts to surround himself with the trappings of power this election and after are both amusing and worthy of such treatment.

When I saw this picture, that vainglorious podium sign just begged to be photoshopped.

I get the feeling this guy's presidency is going to provide some excellent photoshop opportunities.

Also...I don't like the guy, either, but is it too much to ask that we hold off on asking for his impeachment? The guy hasn't even taken the oath of office yet. Not to mention that such action would lead to...President Joe Biden.

I like the word vainglorius -- self-righteous comes to mind also.

I remember telling my office-mates Wednesday morning, "I really hope you're still all this happy four years from now" and the looks I got implied that there was nothing that could ever happen to sour them on Obama.

As the Aos official photoshopper, I have been waiting for your take on the 'MISSION ACCOMPLISHED' banner, only the new one you create is all the MSM talking heads that got Obama elected.

It's all a question of timing. If Obama is impeached quickly at the exact right moment, then Biden might appoint someone halfway reasonable as VP before his next aneurysm.

Of course, if it's not the exact right moment, with Blabberin' Biden, who knows what you'd get?
