Somewhere, Hillary is Laughing
Barack Obama continues to go after the wrong target.
This is the man we want leading America-- a simpleton who becomes irrational and unbalanced when challenged by a woman, and continues falling into the trap of having a debate with McCain's junior officer, rather than his actual opponent for the presidency...As ace notes, it's not good for the presidential candidate to take on the vice-presidential candidate of the other party. Read the whole post for some great thoughts by JackM on how Obama's actions show a troubling inability to deal with a crisis. That's not good, because I've heard the president tends to deal with the odd crisis once in awhile.It's just that... she... is... not... running... for President. But Obama is elevating her to the presidential level. So the race, it seems, consists of two candidates of presidential timber on the Republican side, and one weak, confused jackass on the Democrat side.
It looks as though Obama will get another chance to work on his crisis management skills this week. You've got to wonder what the DNC was thinking with this one. Next time, store the flags in some boxes or something, guys. And you might want to let your followers know throwing flags away is no way to impress the bitter religious gun-loving types.
Yeah, at this rate Hillary Clinton is just going to jump to The One's defense.
