Why Clinton Lost: The Memos
Great story by The Atlantic. This part made me chuckle a bit.
Two things struck me right away. The first was that, outward appearances notwithstanding, the campaign prepared a clear strategy and did considerable planning. It sweated the large themes (Clinton’s late-in-the-game emergence as a blue-collar champion had been the idea all along) and the small details (campaign staffers in Portland, Oregon, kept tabs on Monica Lewinsky, who lived there, to avoid any surprise encounters).Yes, I suppose Hillary running into the woman that, er, spent time with her husband would be a bit awkward.
What really strikes me about this story is that Hillary's staff seemed so sure of winning this election that they spent more time jockeying for positions in a future administration than helping their candidate win the primary. That lack of focus left them vulnerable to a candidate as callow as Mr. Hopeychangeyyoucanbelievein.

Big league media types won’t admit one other essential truth about Hillary and her relationship with the MSM – they hate her.
While the Chosen One TM is all about himself and full of same he couldn’t have bested Hillary without the consent of the media. They promoted him, exposed her every flaw and when she was starting to sink they smiled at her and rammed the knife up her ass.
None of the media celebs would ever admit they don’t like her – but, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that Obama couldn’t have killed that dragon without a lot of help.
