McCain/Pawlenty?
Um...yay?
It's pretty typical for the GOP that in the year the Democrats nominated Mr. Dynamic Hope and Change Guy the party's nomination (by default) went to Cranky Old Guy who might pick Seemingly Bland Midwest Guy for his running mate.
I'm hoping Ed Morrissey's optimism is warranted and that Tim Pawlenty can light a fire under the Maverick™. If not, all hail the ushering in of the chosen one.
