Ridiculously Late Movie Review: No Country for Old Men

Great movie. Dark, and yet still funny in parts. My kind of film.

And Javier Bardem's haircut? Awesome.

From what I understand, the haircut was based on the mugshot of a "john" from the '70s. Bardem hated it.

I watched the dvd last week and read the book last winter. Wasn't sure what to make of the over-the-top violence in either format. You would figure after the first few deaths there might have been more of a law enforcement response. In the story it was just business as usual though. Hmmm.
