Quick Review: Iron Man

Saw the inside of a movie theater this evening. Wow. Like a forgotten world.

Iron Man is great. Go see it.

End of review.

Update - Wow. Kyle Smith found a review by someone who really, really needs to get a life.

I really liked the movie. Ok, it was actually one of my favorite comic book movies, ever, just a hair behind the second Spiderman movie. It was really well done. Bravo Jon Favreau, you exceeded my expectations.
oh and the comments on Mr. Smiths blog are spot on.

I was so pleased with the job they did on Iron Man. He's one of my favorites from childhood, and has been my husband's favorite since he was a kid too.

Icky factoid: when there was talk of doing an Iron Man movie about ten years ago, the rumor was that Tom Cruise was going to play Tony Stark. Thank goodness that never happened.
