Another Hollywood Propaganda-Fest Fails
The made-for-cable movie "Recount," about the 2000 election, garners only 1 million viewers. Not all that great, especially when compared to the recent miniseries "John Adams," which 2.5 million people watched.
Although reviews of the movie did find a decidedly liberal tilt to the story, I suspect the low ratings had more to do with the fact that the movie is about counting votes. It's pretty hard to make an entertaining movie that consists of bureaucrats staring at ballots. Adding the liberal subtext was just ensuring the fail.
