The Kid (Part II)...in 3-D
Technology is amazing.
Yes, it's a little blurry, and the kid kind of looks like a brain-eating zombie, but still...
Today was the 20-week sonogram, and I spent most of the time trying to figure out exactly what part of the baby I was looking at, just like last time. Even though I'd seen all this before, I still couldn't believe I was looking at the chambers of my child's heart as it beat, or watching him or her move arms and legs. Pretty cool stuff.
Overall, the kid looked healthy and feisty, so that's a relief. And in a few months, I look forward to meeting him or her.
On that note, I'd like to congratulate my friend ManiacJoe, whose wife just delivered a boy. The poor kid has two older sisters, though, so he's got his work cut out for him.
