Sometimes, You Just Need to Grill

Sure, the temperature was only 15-20 degrees when this picture was taken. Still, there are times when nothing satisfies like food cooked over an open flame.

I don't know what's happened to me. Living here has frozen my brain or something.

I gas grill year-round.

Even though I live in Texas, we still get some days where we have to grill inside the workshop, with just enough ventilation to let the smoke out.

Looks very good. Is that pork?

Chicken, actually. Smothered with bbq sauce.

It was good. My suffering was not in vain.

The good news about grilling in the winter is you don't have to worry about the beer getting warm :-)
