Hillary Falling

Allah says she's done, as does Larry Kudlow. The AP says it's "panic button time" for the Clinton campaign. Things are looking pretty grim for the Clintons. She has to win Ohio and Texas to stay competitive. That's getting more difficult by the day.
In part, Clinton's own arrogance is to blame for her current woes. She did not adequately prepare for later states, thinking she'd have the nomination all but wrapped up by now. That's caused problems for her in Texas, where she's now complaining about the rules in that state for apportioning delegates.
As I've said before, even though Barack Obama may be a more difficult opponent in the general election, I enjoy watching the Clintons get rejected by their own party. Since Democrats rarely give primary losers a second chance, this is it for her. One chance. I expect her attacks will get more sharp and her husband to blow his stack a few more times before all of this is over. We'll also probably hear a lot about superdelegates and the voters in Michigan and Florida. Things are going to get ugly.
The irony is that the more nasty the Clintons get in their tactics, the less likely Democrats will be to embrace them. The couple is doing their best to show Democrats why "Clinton Derangement Syndrome" existed among Republicans in the 1990s. Their ugliness is now on display for all to see - and of course it took an intra-party fight for Democrats and the media to notice. Actually, those who now feign surprise at the Clinton tactics have probably always known the depth of this couple's political ruthlessness and amorality, but failed to mention it when the Clintons were in power, lest the 'haters' on the right be shown to have valid concerns.
Personally, I believe there's a very slight chance Clinton could pull this out, so I'm not yet ready to completely celebrate her political demise. I will admit, though, that the chance of an Obama presidency is worth taking to kick the Clintons off the national political stage. They made politics uglier than it had to be, and are now reaping what they joyfully sowed for so many years.
They won't be missed.
