Twenty-Two Years
I can't believe it's been that long. I was in 8th grade, living in Texas, when I heard the news from some guys in the cafeteria. When they said the shuttle exploded, I didn't believe them. I watched the video during the next class period, and it seemed unreal.
Still does, I guess.

I was in 7th I think at Catholic school and I remember them making and announcement over the intercom. It was very surreal.I remember the teacher's were so relieved they didn't get picked to go on that space ride sad for the loss of a teacher.
