The GOP Debate
Winners? Well, they all had a decent night, except for Ron Paul, who regrettably let his freak flag fly a bit too high. Heck, even Mike Huckabee had a decent night, if you disregard his class warfare and seething jealously of Mitt Romney's campaign funds.
Losers? The moderators. Brian Williams came across as a guy who thinks he can pass a test using the cliffs notes, and Tim Russert asked far too many questions based on either poll numbers or media assumptions. He was a disappointment.
Still, no one on the stage whined about his questions, unlike a certain Democratic campaign. Overall, though, Huckabee's class warfare, Romney's incomprehensible answer on the second amendment and McCain's need to be The Maverick™ were weak points.
The less said about Ron Paul's answers on everything, the better.

What, you're not in the mood for roasting some ignorant, illiterate Paul-Nuts? I don't blame you.
Up until that 2nd Amendment flub by Romney, I had him winning the debate. After that, I'm leaning toward meddling in the 'Rat primary when the circus rolls into Wisconsin (the only requirement here is one does not attempt to vote in more than one party's primary; we don't even have state-organized party registration here).
I wish I could be surprised at Williams' and Russert's performance, but I don't expect anything positive out of MSNBC.
