Odd Candidate Questions
Ah, the fun of the campaign trail. Recently, the candidates were asked two very important questions.
What foods do you hate, and what was your worst job?
Actually, the answers are kind of fun, and when it comes to food, I've finally found something Huckabee and I can completely agree upon.
For the record, my worst job was probably the customer service desk at Wal-Mart. Nothing better than getting yelled at by an old lady because you won't refund her money for an item she bought at K-Mart. Yes, that really happened.
I also worked as a customer "associate" on the floor. One time, I was helping one customer when another (an old lady) interrupted and asked me where the jam was located. When I asked her to wait just a moment while I finished up with the customer I was with, she became irate and rammed me with her cart a couple of times, chanting "JAM...JAM...JAM!" each time she pushed the cart forward.
Wal-Mart made cleaning the deep-fry bins at McDonald's at 4:30 a.m. seem like a dream job.
And food I can't stand? Squash, turnip, or menudo. Not the cheesy boy band - spicy tripe soup.
Yummy.

My worst job? Directing traffic for a large light display at a Catholic shrine during the Christmas season.
The people were fine. It was just working out doors when the temperature was in the teens that really got to me. I don't think I'd do that again.

Sounds like your Walmart experiences were similar to my Best Buy experiences. I found out that the customer is not always right. They're mostly lying, stupid, f'ing weasals. I hated them. Needless to say I am no longer in the retail business.

Worst Job Ever - working in a fish processing plant packaging fish roe for the Korean market. I think I lasted two days there. I can't think of any food I hate though.
