Friday Nothingburger Thread
First off, thanks for helping me win a weblog award. I didn't expect to be nominated, and certainly didn't expect to win, so that was kind of cool. Thanks.
Not much in the news today, really.
Dobson is throwing away his endorsement to a nanny-stater.
My new column is online, in which I express my irritation at nanny-statism.
Heh. And I always thought archaeologists were supposed to be tweedy academic types.
Peggy Noonan tears into Hillary's 'leave me alone I'm a girl' strategy.

Congrats, Slu. You can never underestimate the power of the AoS crew, or Sister Toldjah (who, IIRC, is the one that nominated you).
By my math, between this place and AoS, that makes you the only multiple winner.

Congrats on the win. Good column, too.
(Though you might not want to trumpet the tofu-eating thing too loudly--doesn't fit the AoS Lifestyle, you know.)
