Does Hillary Want to Lose?
Sure seems that way. Sheesh.
This story is bad for two reasons. One, it shows the Clinton campaign engaged in dishonest behavior and trying some really poor damage control.
The second reason is more ominous for the Clinton campaign. Bad news for the Clinton campaign is turning into a drip, drip, drip type of storyline. Each mistake she makes from this point on will be used to point out that her aura of inevitability is gone, which was her greatest strength.
Update - Ace provides a good reminder that the media will tend to be on her side, regardless of what she does. Still, I suppose the media's willingness to point out her heavy-handed "handling" of the media is positive development.
