Do You Drink Miller Beer?
If so, you might want to...um...reconsider. Content warning on the link.
I'm not one who tends to believe boycotts are a good idea. But I'm also not inclined to support a company that sponsors events such as the Folsom Street Fair. The fact that it's a primarily gay event is irrelevant - in their sponsorship of this fair, Miller is supporting public indecency. Public heterosexual contact would be just as offensive.
Miller Brewing Company is free to continue spending their money where they wish, but those who use their product are just as free to limit that company's profits.
Newcastle, anyone?

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt regardless of the tone of the parade. The people took advantage of the event to show, well whatever it was they wanted to show.
I'll agree with JetBoy on HotAir, it's a bunch of people taking advantage of a normally positive event to "push the boundaries" cause they can, just for selfish reasons.
Slub, I wouldn't go boycotting Miller just yet.

But what if it tastes bad, and this is a good excuse not to drink it? :-)

at least you weren't about not drinking it cause of those idiots that are all about sub/dom relationships. not that it's a horrible drink. yet you drink Samuel Adams Boston Lager, who knows why? that lager is bad no matter who drinks it.

As a St. Louis resident, I'd like to take this opportunity to point you to the all-American, family-friendly Anheuser-Busch product line . . .

Well I don't really drink myself, but I suppose on the rare occasions I do I can pick something other than MGD. Pretty nasty photos...

Lately, that's true. The quality hasn't been as good recently.

So you'll be supporting boycotts of any company that sponsors Mardi Gras activities then?

Well, if public oral sex and masturbation become a part of Mardi Gras, then yes.
Oh, I'm sorry...was that question supposed to display my HYPOCRISY?!? Sorry to disappoint.

If? I can only assume you've never been. I'll check back with you in February to monitor the outrage. Because it has nothing to do with teh gay, of course.

You're quite desperate to prove me a homophobe, aren't you?
That's kinda pathetic.
