The "Fick" Story

I asked for it, Dan brought it:

One time when I was 3, I knew I was going to get a spanking when we got home from church, so I ran to my room and crouched behind the bed with my toy cowboy revolvers aimed at the door. When my parents came in, I opened fire, but to no avail. My parents thought it was so cute they took a picture, then spanked me worse for threatening my father with my guns.

After my spanking in the principal’s office, George Washington took me down to the tabernacle and ordered me to pray to God for forgiveness. For what? That kid had it coming, I tell ya!

When we got back to the office, George Washington turned to the secretary and uttered words I’ll never forget. “Call his mother.”

“What?” I said, already starting to cry.

I had already been spanked and brought to the attention of my maker. Now they were making Mom leave work early. It was the Cold War era and it would have been a good time for the Russians to attack.
