Extra Blogging Time
I've finally discovered something worse than being sick - watching your kid suffer through being sick. The little girl has a cold, and can't lay down so we've been taking shifts holding her slightly upright so she can get some sleep.
At the moment, she's asleep in her baby chair and I'm waiting for the inevitable wake-up cry. This is why the blogging tonight has been so prolific, as compared to the past week or so.
What's really frustrating is that there's nothing you can give a kid at her age - all you can offer is Vicks BabyRub, acetaminophen and a constant supply of liquids. Ah, well...comes with the territory I suppose.
At least there's no vomit. And I've got Michael Connelly to help pass the time.
