Case Dismissed

A federal judge tossed Valerie Plame's lawsuit against the Bush administration out of court.

U.S. District Judge John D. Bates dismissed the case on jurisdictional grounds and said he would not express an opinion on the constitutional arguments. Bates dismissed the case against all defendants: Cheney, White House political adviser Karl Rove and former White House aide I. Lewis “Scooter'’ Libby.

I really feel sorry for this couple. With the case out of court, how are poor Valerie Plame and Joseph Wilson going to attract media attention to their awful, awful plight?

Actually, I have an idea:
