Upcoming Television

This show looks like it might have promise. Unfortunately, it was picked up by Fox, where the network executives have the attention span of drug-addled rhesus monkeys. So it'll probably get 3 episodes.

TV Week has video previews of next fall's shows. Some of them look good, but I'll never forgive CBS for canceling Jericho and putting a piece of reality-show dreck in its timeslot.

UPDATE - Rick at Right Wing Nut House has a good recap of the just-completed season of "24," easily the worst season of the show to date. Here's my quick review:

The good: The first Kim-free season.

The bad: Just about everything else.

There is a second good thing; we won't have Audrey Raines' nose to punch anymore.
