Did the U.S. Cause the Iranian Hostage Crisis?

Allah dissects the article here. The A-Man's rebuttal is especially important, given how Drudge is mindlessly promoting this story on his front page
It's things like this that make me wonder whether Drudge has any news judgment or discretion at all. Even the most basic of Google searches would have revealed Cockburn to be a zealot with an axe to grind.
When a reporter's clip file includes such classics as "Iraq is a Vast, Blood-Drenched Human Disaster," "The Stench of Doom" and "Bush's Surge will Mean More Horrors," there is a slight chance his story trying to blame the U.S. for Iranian actions might be a bit...biased.
It's getting harder and harder to take Drudge seriously.
UPDATE - I still think Drudge is batting around .085 with his scoops, but hmmmmm....
