I used to love them as a kid, but now I know them for what they truly are.
Sugar bombs filled with evil, as I'm sure every parent knows.
I don't eat sweets at all nowadays, not for dietary reasons mind you, I just find them too rich. I'll still find them evil.

I enjoyed them, a lot. Until one Easter, my brother, my mom, and I decided, Hey! These are so good, but they're seasonal, so, let's stockpile them!
So not only did A) we get sick of them (seasonal foodstuffs are seasonal for a reasonal... I mean, reason), and B) the yolk kind of hardens and becomes not-good-at-all over the weeks and months.
It took a few years before I could eat them at all.
(I've never gotten sick of jelly beans and candy hearts, though.)

Refrigerated candy is good. The best is peanut butter cups.
