Michael Heath asks "WWJD about Domestic Partnerships?"
It bothers me when people on either side of the political spectrum try to fit Jesus into their ideological boxes. I think when Jesus returns, He will be less interested in politics than either side of the political spectrum will wish Him to be, and may have some hard questions for everyone that's tried to put words in His mouth over the years.

On the one hand, you're totally right. Jesus probably cares more about personal holiness than he does about societal posturing.
That being said, I think that plenty of people will be shocked when Jesus does return because he's not going to be anything like they're expecting. "What do you mean you didn't read the Bible?!" "I thought it was just a suggestion . . ."
