300: A Review
This movie is going to make Warner Brothers very, very rich.
And deservedly so.
That's the best I can do at the moment. Movie was great.
UPDATE - After writing some sentences about this film, I realized that the site was not showing up and had to deal with that.
By the time I got some thoughts written down about how I felt about the film, I decided to be a lazy bum and use them for my column, which this week is about the hysterically screedy reaction from some to this film, and how maybe people should just stop trying to read their personal politics into something that's intended to entertain.
This film was just a lot of fun. It is far from an accurate retelling of the Battle of Thermopylae, but I liked it and would see it again.

hmmm...exciting comment! Saw the movie last night, I gotta go with Slublog on on this one...Great Movie! Not nearly the gore factor many reviews were complaining about, IMHO.

I think by "those people" he meant the ridiculous malcontents who can't just enjoy the blood, guts and total awesomeness of a movie like "300" without getting hung up on their own misguided opinions.
