Preaching to...????
What on earth made Greenpeace think this marketing campaign would be successful in changing minds on global warming? The ad is terrible - the kid is robotic and the rhetoric is too hysterical to be effective.
Sorry, but a hollow-eyed, sneering little brat telling me I'm his enemy won't do a lot to make me want to "join the energy revolution." In fact, this kid makes me want to eat roasted spotted owl with baby seal tartare on the side.
Greenpeace should just drop the juvenile "shock" ads in favor of some that actually talk to people about what they believe global warming will do to the planet, and suggest affirmative steps we can take to mimimize overall damage to the environment. I believe we are in a warming trend, but am not sure whether it's caused by natural cycles or human action. Apart from that particular issue, though, I believe that as stewards of God's creation, we should do all we can to treat this place with some respect.
Honestly, though, I think all this ad will do is further polarize an important debate. Nice work, Greenpeace.(H/t: Ace)

With that hood and the evil scrunched up face... was that Darth Vader's mentor, back in the day?

So we're African now? Rebelling terrorist groups are pumping violent propaganda that has little factual base in order to get them to kill their parents? Looks like the 'supremacists' were wrong, ethnic minorities aren't turning us into a third world country, rich frat guys and the hippie chicks they want to get into bed are.
