Hillary Fires One Across the Bow

I guess she was a little tired of all the attention Senator Barack Obama was getting.

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton views Barack Obama as her biggest obstacle to nomination, the NEW YORK TIMES is planning to report, but she believes the threat of his candidacy will diminish -- as voters learn how inexperienced he is in government and foreign affairs!

NYT reporter Adam Nagourney has filed a high-impact story, newsroom sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT. Publication time: Unknown.

Clinton has engaged in a series of nearly nonstop political consultations since Election Day, in what her advisers say are preparations for, in all likelihood, announcing her interest in running for president.

In all honesty, I think Obama and John Edwards both stand a better chance to get the Democratic nomination than Hillary Clinton. Both have a major asset Hillary lacks: likeability. I've seen Hillary speak at a campaign event, and her stump speech is terrible. That's not a partisan judgment - I've seen her husband speak and his speech was one of the best I've seen from a politican of either party.

Hillary, in interviews on on the stump, comes across as cold and calculating. She's like a character from "V." I think both Hillary and Obama are going to fizzle out in the primaries. The Democratic candidate in 2008 will be either John Edwards or Al Gore. Mark my words.
