Ace finds a literally unbelievable story from Norway.
Two out of three charged with rape in Norway’s capital are immigrants with a non-western background according to a police study. The number of rape cases is also rising steadily. Unni Wikan, a professor of social anthropology at the University of Oslo, in 2001 said that “Norwegian women must take their share of responsibility for these rapes” because Muslim men found their manner of dress provocative. The professor’s conclusion was not that Muslim men living in the West needed to adjust to Western norms, but the exact opposite: “Norwegian women must realize that we live in a Multicultural society and adapt themselves to it.”Dhimmitude - catch the fever!
Remember the big controversy in the media when the Southern Baptist Convention affirmed the belief that the man is the head of the family? As I remember, the SBC was subjected to quite a bit of criticism and mockery for their religious beliefs. Maybe if a few of them threatened to take to the streets and commit violent acts against "unbelievers," they too could cow western intellectuals into seeing things their way. After all, there's nothing like a bus bomb to bring 'clarity' to a situation.
I'm growing tired of how radical Muslims use their religion to justify heinous acts while at the same time hiding behind the secular god of 'multiculturalism' when faced with legitimate criticism. You want to stop being criticized? Stop killing innocents and using the fact that you saw a woman's ankle as an invitation for rape.
Of course, if the best that Western civilization can produce is quislings like Professor Unni Wikan, then perhaps we deserve what we get.
