We're all Confused
Mary Katharine has an election round-up. Are Republicans up or down?
Who knows, really?
One thing that's becoming very apparent is that this will not be the tidal wave of a Democratic takeover that the media was predicting a couple of weeks ago. This is turning out to be a pretty tight election that will likely be decided by voter enthusiasm rather than any sort of general trend.
I think the only race we can be sure of is the Connecticut Senate race - Lamont is just too light to win. So the Kossacks turned a safe Democrat senator into an independent who has no reason to love his fellow Dems.
