re Saddam. Whether people are better off depends on how you measure it. If one uses an abstract standard of good and evil, well you know who wins. But if one counts bodies; that is those who died unnaturally or those who were tortured, you find the monthly average running EIGHT times higher than under the Saddamizer. It sucks to be Iraqi.
