Tax Cuts?

Olympia Snowe has come out against tax cuts, again.

It's understandable, though. I mean, just think of what a tax cut would do to the trough.

Giving money back to the taxpayers would threaten that sweet, sweet pork.

Olympia's crusade against deficits would be more convincing if she weren't so fond of bringing home the bacon. Her latest antics only serve to ease my mind about voting against her in 2006.

Both Snow and Collins vote with the democrats on all republican core issues: Energy policy (ANWAR), tax cuts, & abortion. And let's not forget the gang of 14. Time for these two to stay home next election cycle.

They are very liberal Republicans. But I wonder if their appeal to the moderates is what gets them elected. They are not hard-line Republicans, but instead of Collins would you rather have had Chellie Pingree? They look very "right" compared to the looney Democrats they have run against.

Sometimes you will notice a difference in the way affection is shown to you. It could be anything from hugs with a pat on the back or a less attention paid to kissing. You will notice that the little love gestures that were so prevalent earlier are no longer there.
