Getting to the Important Issues

Who should be the next James Bond? Pierce Brosnan is out, so who should replace him? The consensus on Ace's site seems to be Clive Owen, who would actually be a pretty good pick.

There honestly hasn't been a great James Bond movie for years. I think the best 'spy' movies lately have been the Bourne series with Matt Damon. The fight scenes in the Bourne Supremacy were awful, but the overall movie was pretty good.

Colin Firth wouldn't make a terrible Bond, either. It would at least break him out of the romantic comedy mold the poor guy seems unable to escape.

Anyway, I'm out of ideas. I just want to see a good Bond movie again, and I hope the change of actors will help that happen.

How about Hugh Jackman for Bond?

He'd be really good, actually. Hmmm...

The Aston Martin car driven by Sean Connery as James Bond in the movies Thunderball & Goldfinger was auctioned recently for £2.6/2.9m, depending on who you read. What a testament this is of how good at quality niche manufacturing this country can be, fielding brands like Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, Morgan. We forget how good we can be.

I want to join your club ladies. I think Matt Damon is hot in so many ways. His body doesn’t always look as great as some of the other “shirtless” guys, but he is smart, sexy, and seems like a guy you’d love to talk to….among other things. I’ve seen all his movies, even Green Zone (you’re right Imaginerymen, great line “get your f*ckin’ game face on” I was gonna say it to my supervisor today but I thought better of it!) Shirt or no shirt Matt Damon is chameleon-like and becomes every character he plays, even the ones you wouldn’t believe he could. “How do you like them apples?” Great blog!

I'm really loving the theme/design of your weblog. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility problems? A small number of my blog readers have complained about my blog not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Safari. Do you have any solutions to help fix this issue?
