Who is MainiacJoe?
Hello all, this is Joe. I grew up in Maine and met Peter about 15 years ago. We were best man in each other's weddings. I work at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, where I supervise the projectors, computers, VCRs, etc. in the classrooms and also supervise two general-purpose student computer labs. Next fall I will be starting grad-school full-time at Ball State University in Muncie for an MS in physics, followed by a PhD in astrophysics at some other school to be determined. My hobbies include amateur astronomy (which lead to the career change), WWII Pacific theater history, and board games. I expect to be posting mainly about current science news and astronomy events and the interplay between Christianity and science. I'll say something about politics every once in awhile, but mainly in comments since I'm not as well-versed in it as Peter is.
