They're Ba-ack
Members of the now-defunct 9/11 Commission are scrambling back into the spotlight. MSNBC's headline? "Real Vulnerability: Confusion slows pace of intel reforms, experts say." The experts in question are members of the old Commission, which has already submitted its final report.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but after submitting a final report, shouldn't a panel cease to exist? I really hope we're not paying for this nonsense.
What's amazing to me is that the former members of the now-defunct commission are still complaining about the lack of information sharing between government agencies, a policy that one of its own members helped create.
How can we miss you guys if you won't go away?
