New Pyramid?
That's it. I'm going to stick with the Four Food groups. It's what I know, what I like and it's worked for me this long.
The government has once again changed the recommended dietary requirements. The food pyramid is has been tipped on its side or made into a pentagram or something - just go here to try and figure out what we should eat. I have no idea what to eat anymore, so it's all pizza, all the time for me now.

Let's me guess: the guy who was delegated to secure adequate bandwidth for mypyramid.gov slept though that meeting. And nowhere can you simply look at the twelve pyramids and figure out whihc one applies to you, no, we have to be cool and make everyone use a Java thingie. What a waste.

I would like to give the government some credit and attribute the site's problems to high traffic, but you're probably right - incompetence.

In my fraternity, we always said the four food groups were crunchy, salty, chocolatey, and individually wrapped.

Where does this athleticism come from? The answer appears to be power-to-weight ratio, with not much of either being the key. At 100 horsepower and 2346 pounds, the 5-speed manual Mazda2 is the lowest power and second-lightest vehicle we’ve tested in this segment
