John Paul II
Reuters, Fox News and the Italian news are all reporting that Pope John Paul II has died. It's been a long time since I was a Catholic, but I respect what this Pope has done to help fight fascism.
UPDATE - The Vatican has not confirmed.
UPDATE II - The Pope is still alive, but all of the news stations are reporting his condition is "very grave."

So far, CNN.com is just reporting that his health is continuing to deteriorate.
I'm not sure what to make of it. I do wonder what his successor will be like, though.

True. It could change the direction of the church.
